Leading logistics provider Centurion has been selected to provide logistics support to Karratha’s newest supermarket, The Good Grocer Karratha IGA in Nickol.

Under this contract, Centurion will operate daily refrigerated and ambient freight services between Perth and Karratha via a fleet of dedicated prime movers and trailers.

Centurion Karratha Branch Manager Andrew Simpson said awarding the contract to a WA-based company was a great vote of confidence in both companies’ commitment to local communities.

“Centurion is proud to be part of the vital supply chain for regional WA and we are honoured to be trusted with this vital service to the Karratha community,” Mr Simpson said.

The Brindle Group Proprietor Jordan Brindle said that Centurion had already demonstrated its capabilities well-before the store opening in November.

“Centurion has been part of our establishment journey, with the team delivering our shop fit out equipment in September & October, ensuring it arrived in pristine condition to be installed by our fitout team,” he said.

“We are a family-owned business serving the families of Karratha, and to offer a 24hour a day store opening times will suit all locals and Visitors. I believe we’ve found the right partner in Centurion, which is also part of a great family business.”

“The team at Centurion are dedicated to making sure our consignments are loaded, transported and delivered with extreme care and that they arrive the day after leaving the Warehouses and Canning Vale Markets in Perth.”

“This commitment to delivering on time, means our customers can choose quality fresh produce and groceries their families need.”
