Phillip Cardaci
CFC Group, Executive Chairman
Philip is responsible for driving strategic direction and managing the new investment pipeline.
Joining the Group in 1990 as MD of JCB Construction Equipment Australia, he was instrumental in developing this business from the ground up. Prior to joining the Group Philip was a Systems Engineer for Fujitsu Australia.
Philip holds a Bachelor of Science from Murdoch University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michael West
General Manager - Family Office
As the General Manager – Family office and member of the CFC advisory boards, Michael is responsible for the management of the family office with a specific focus on group treasury, legal, risk, investment and acquisitions.
Michael has a background in private equity, investment banking, strategy and finance and draws on his experience working for a number of private and ASX-listed organisations in Perth and Sydney to provide strategic oversight across the group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours Class I) from Sydney University. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and graduated with a Certificate of Excellence as a member of CPA Australia.

Tony Monisse
CFC Group, Advisory Board Member
Tony is the founder and managing director of Brentnalls WA, Chartered Accountants.
Prior to starting Brentnalls WA, Tony spent 14 years with Ernst & Young and Deloittes in both audit and income tax, including a two year secondment to the EY London office.
Tony currently works with a number of business clients to grow their business and has helped the key stakeholders achieve both their personal and business goals.
In particular, Tony has worked with a number of private business clients on a variety of projects, including:
- implementing business growth strategies
- setting up financial management systems including business modelling, target setting and cashflow forecast processes
- advice on tax planning and minimisation
- restructure and transaction advice, including business acquisitions and divestment of business
- wealth and asset protection strategies
Tony has a Bachelor of Commerce from UWA, is a member of the Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and a Registered Tax Agent.

Hamish Williams
CFC Group, Advisory Board Member
As a Non-Executive Advisory Board Member of CFC Group Hamish’s role is to offer strategic advice and support to the CFC Group and all its businesses.
An experienced senior executive, with a proven track record in a number of industries Including retailing, transport and logistics and manufacturing Hamish has substantial commercial experience in both large scale and small to medium sized enterprises
Having established his career in professional services, including a period with Arthur Andersen, Hamish further developed his financial skills and business acumen working principally in publicly listed companies. This included 21 years at Automotive Holdings Group first as CFO/Finance Director and subsequently as Executive Director Strategy and Planning with primary responsibilities around business development, general management and acquisitions.
Hamish’s international experience includes seven years in South Africa working in various senior financial roles and he qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst in the UK where he also worked for five years.

Paul Larsen
Centurion, Advisory Board Member
Paul is an experienced CEO, recently completing a 12-year stint as the CEO of Arc Infrastructure, which manages and operates 5,500km of freight rail transport infrastructure assets that play a vital role in the economy of Western Australia.
Prior to his 17 years in the rail industry, Paul has worked in the steel industry, transport industry and technology sectors.
Paul is on the boards of Arc Infrastructure, Kimberley Ports Authority and Youth Focus.
Paul has taken part in the Hawaiian Ride for Youth for the past four years to raise money for the important work Youth Focus undertakes in preventing youth suicide and will be participating again in 2021.
Paul holds a bachelor of business degree, is a CPA and GAICD.
