The CFC Group community engagement philosophy centres on activities that promote health and safety, and foster a strong sense of community spirit. The company is proud to assist many community and non-profit groups through in-kind support, funding, sponsorship and employee time.

Each CFC Group business proudly supports the local communities and regional areas in which they operate by sourcing local employment, participating in local events and supporting local businesses through the supply of consumables. The CFC Group’s vibrant Youth and Indigenous Programme provides employment opportunities for disadvantaged youth.

In addition to the Youth and Indigenous Program, CFC Group’s Frank Cardaci Traineeship Program commenced in May 2015. The goal of the traineeship program is to provide disadvantaged or marginalised young people with life-changing employment opportunities. The CFC Group is fully-committed to ensuring this traineeship program is effectively planned, resourced and executed for maximum positive outcomes.
