Health & Safety
Safety is at the cornerstone of our business. Protecting the safety of our people, our clients, our partners and the communities in which we operate is at the heart of how we do things. Backed by simple and clear policies and procedures, safety is ingrained in our culture where we encourage our people to take personal responsibility through our “Think Safe, Act Safe” safety philosophy. We believe that if we all think safe and act safe, we will achieve zero harm. Our safety record and reputation for continuous improvement in this area speaks for itself. To reinforce the importance of safety both in the workplace and at home, a group-wide newsletter is produced on a regular basis which covers areas on Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ).2011 CCF WA Industry and Civil Train Awards – Workplace Health and Safety Award and Our Top Trainees Awarded
